Hunt Valley, MD, 05/05/2021 - SAI, a Baltimore-based software and consulting firm, today announced the addition of Julian Fietzek as Director of Customer Success. Fietzek will lead SAI’s team of professional customer success managers as they help customers tackle their most challenging business goals using the Acadia performance platform.

Julian comes with a strong background of building relationships with customers to create successful business outcomes. Fietzek joins SAI after 10 years of experience supporting customers in telecommunications, cloud computing, consumer products, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals to get the most from their software investments. He is passionate about incorporating customer feedback to improve the platform. He also has experience building scalable and repeatable processes that help his customers achieve measurable value.
