SAI, a software products and consulting firm helping customers optimize their business performance, today announced a substantial expansion and relocation of the Hunt Valley headquarters office.
Substantial expansion in SAI’s Software-As-A-Service products business as well as in their Digital and IT Strategy and Operations consulting practices as well as a desire for a more engaging office environment triggered the need to evaluate options. SAI selected Bill Whitty, Joe Bradley and the team at MacKenzie Commercial in early 2017 to identify and analyze options across the Baltimore metro marketplace.
Following the evaluation of more than a dozen options, SAI selected the Greenfield Partners property at 307 International Circle in Hunt Valley as their new headquarters location. Doubling SAI’s existing space, the 307 International Circle location provides easy access for SAI customers and staff in the region as well as for those arriving through BWI. SAI will be relocating to the International Circle location following the completion of construction in the fourth quarter.
