Sonic Automotive Accelerates With SAI’s Acadia Platform
Fortune 500 market leader to optimize micro-learning and enable continuous improvement for more than 10,000 Sonic employees.
SAI, a software products and consulting firm helping clients optimize their business performance, today announced that Sonic Automotive, Inc., a Fortune 500 market leader with more than 100 automotive dealerships across 14 states has deployed the Acadia performance platform to optimize micro-learning and enable continuous improvement for more than 10,000 Sonic employees.
Among the largest automotive dealers in the United States with more than 25 brands, Sonic identified opportunities to increase employee performance and continuously improve the customer experience by providing employees with instantaneous access to the “one best way” when they need it, on any device.
Hunt Valley based SAI introduced Acadia to the marketplace last year and has successfully deployed Acadia’s mobile friendly policy and procedure platform, integrated task management and robust reporting to leading retail, manufacturing, financial services and healthcare industry customers. Acadia provides an easy to use and highly secure platform for content distribution to new and existing employees on any device, when they need it. Embedded quizzing ensures every employee learns the “one best way” to complete every business process.
Doug Bryant, Sonic’s Vice President of Talent Management, Training and Recruiting explains “As an Acadia Early Adopter, we were able to provide early feedback on the features and functionality that are key for us in the automotive retail world. SAI’s team made it possible for us to quickly convert our content and deploy to the field in a couple of months, allowing us more time to focus on content and process quality.”
SAI’s CEO, Ric Hughes, added "Sonic’s training team really personifies retail innovation. They are constantly focused on enabling the Sonic team with tools, methods and technology to improve the customer experience. Their success shows in Sonic’s customer feedback and financial results.” said Ric Hughes, CEO at SAI.
