Hunt Valley, MD, November 5, 2020 – SAI, a software products and consulting firm, today announced that TexTrail recently began the deployment of Acadia® to improve process execution in its warehousing operations.

Acadia decreases costs and improves performance across an organization through standardization of one best way work processes, compliance tracking, and job aid distribution.

“When I started at TexTrail in June, I knew Acadia could help us achieve the operational excellence and high level of service our customers deserve. We had to quickly standardize and organize our SOPs that existed across multiple channels and formats. I had seen Acadia in action before, and it was exactly what we needed to document one best way practices, distribute them to our team members, and put them into action,” said Clinton Shultz, SVP Operations, TexTrail.

“TexTrail has taken a proactive stance on improving operations and service as they continue to grow their business. Without a single source of truth for operations information that all team members can access, it would be very challenging for them to deploy their transformation projects,” said Ric Hughes, CEO SAI.

“As is the case with every Acadia implementation, we’ll start with a single, actionable use case at TexTrail. That helps us better understand their processes and business needs and identify KPIs that can be used to gauge progress. As a realistic workflow is established, Clinton will have the analytics he needs to quickly spread best practices across the organization.”
